Though I did not understand the language, I understood the sentiments through your music. I really enjoyed listening to this lovely song. It is so cute to include Dinisha's name in the song..this boy will be really proud of his dad when he understands the sentiment behind doing it.It is so touching ..

Hey Shantha,
Visiting your blog after a long time ! Loved your rendition and made it more pleasurable to listen to it, since you have sung this for your son :-)..Liked the chorus effect you added to the song ...I feel your voice could have been louder than music ...Tune is very catchy though ..I wish I knew little bit about composing, I could copy these tunes and become the next HIT music director ..haha ...:-))
Keep singing ..:-)
Cheers,
-Vishal
ps : Please add me to your blog update list :-)

Thank you Vishal for visiting and leaving a comment on my attempt in this song. I agree with you when you said that this one has a catchy tune, indeed it does. Glad you liked the chorus effect I added in the song. I should translate this song so that you'll understand the song well. I know .... if we knew little bit of composing ha! Then we all are in competition...... ha ha haaaa
Thanks Vishal |

Ayubowan to you and your family. Dinisha is lucky and will appreciate this song even more when he grows up.
Recording is crystal clear! Your voice sounds very good. I liked the chorus effect and the humming, a lot. Is this a lullaby (lori)?
I enjoyed reading the introduction. |
Ayubowan Dr. Parasmani, appreciate you so much for listening and your good comments about the song. This is not a lullaby. It is a very popular song in Sri Lanka. Thank you also for picking up mistakes in my spellings in the write up.

Heard, Dinisha! Liked the tune very much! Very nicely done! Please do add some gist of the song for people like myself who want to go a little bit beyond the composition and understand the song for its poetry also.
